Provider Information
Services involved in providing marketingapp.io and optional connections.
Revision 2026-10-20.1
Core service providers
- Vercel: website/application hosting, request delivery and operational information. Processing can involve international infrastructure and its applicable subprocessors.
- Neon: PostgreSQL records for accounts and workspaces. The current database is in AWS US East 1, North Virginia, USA. Its configured history window is not a promise that every backup copy has the same erasure deadline.
- Clerk Inc.: production authentication, profiles, sessions and security events. Some account information is processed under Clerk's own legal responsibilities.
- Stripe: checkout, payment and subscription/billing administration. Stripe has independent legal responsibilities for parts of payment processing and the applicable entity depends on the service/account.
- Apify Technologies s.r.o.: requested public Instagram research and observations, including target/run/storage information. Its runtime and storage services can involve international processing.
- OpenRouter Inc. and approved inference endpoints: input needed for an enabled AI request and its output. The endpoint's terms and configured controls govern permitted training/retention. An unavailable or unapproved inference endpoint does not authorise sending content to an alternative.
- Fastmail Pty Ltd: email correspondence sent to support. This Australian provider has its own storage, access and subprocessor arrangements.
Optional analytics
Vercel Web Analytics measures permitted aggregate public-site traffic. JustShipIt Pte. Ltd., trading as Datafast, is an optional provider for consented visitor/page activity and subscription purchase attribution. Datafast describes infrastructure outside the EU, including the USA. An unavailable service stays off; your selections appear in Privacy settings.
These analytics providers do not receive customer marketing content merely because that content exists in your workspace. Refusing or withdrawing optional analytics does not prevent app access.
Administrative access and your connections
The operator in Switzerland and a business partner in Germany have administrative access for operating and supporting the service. Appropriate instructions, confidentiality and the correct contractual role must govern that access. Contact support@marketingapp.io for information about recipients and applicable transfer safeguards.
Google receives information when you choose Google sign-in. Meta image hosts receive requests for linked thumbnails. Your connected AI clients/agents and chosen external file providers handle information under your own connections and their terms. DNS management is separate from a claim that all application traffic is proxied through a CDN.
A provider's public DPA or country description is not by itself proof that every customer is covered by a particular certification or contract. We do not claim EU-only processing. Provider changes that affect customer content require the applicable notice and authorisation process.
